About me
This journey began through my many years as a personal trainer. I've always had love and fascination for the way our bodies are designed to move and function. Soon, I reached a point where I felt called to tend to our WHOLE body: mind, body, and spirit. Through my own healing journey, I developed a love for breathwork, yoga, and meditation. These healing modalities have forever changed my life. It truly is my purpose to hold space for the healing of the Divine Feminine. It is an honor to share my medicine with you.
There is a mighty drum that beats in my heart. A drum that beats for the Divine Feminine. A drum that calls to my entire being. It is my life's mission to hold sacred space for the healing of the divine feminine and our Mother Earth. It is my heart's song to help my Sister's find healing, love, and liberation in their whole body. It is my passion to hold my light, share my medicine, and remind you who you are.
