This experience may include breathwork, singing, light language, energy healing work, use of crystals and essential oils.

Included is a breathwork session that is personally tailored for you. We begin with connecting and setting intentions. After the breathwork, there is space to rest and integrate. This session may be supported by energy healing work, sound healing, and somatic practices.
